BackBison.com automates the office work of industrial SMEs, tailored and in weeks: orders, invoices, payments and reports. We understand your case, build it with ready-made pieces on top of your systems and keep it running.
Which companies is it for?
For industrial SMEs: manufacturers and distributors whose office still does orders, invoices and reports by hand, and who do not want to build a technical team or run a long project. It also works for other SMEs with the same office work.
Do I have to change my ERP or my tools?
No. BackBison.com connects to what you already use: e-mail, ERP, Excel, documents and web portals. We do not build a parallel ERP.
How long until the first case is working?
Weeks, not months. If your case needs a piece we do not have yet, we build it as part of the work.
Is it a tool I have to set up myself?
No. We do not sell a tool for you to set up: we deliver the case working and we maintain it over time.
Does AI make decisions for me?
No. Each process follows fixed steps and AI only does specific tasks, such as reading a document. Anything unclear goes to a person.
Is my data safe?
Each company has its own separate space by design, the passwords of your systems are stored encrypted and nobody enters your network from the internet.
Can I start without risk?
Yes. Use cases start in test mode: BackBison.com does all the work but changes nothing, and you compare. You switch to live mode when you trust it.
