What data we process

The data you give us in the contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone (if you provide it) and the text of your enquiry. Also the page from which you write to us. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies: it only stores one technical cookie with the language you choose.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

How long

For as long as the business relationship lasts or, if there is no relationship, for a maximum of two years from your last contact. After that, we delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties. We use providers that process data on our behalf (hosting and e-mail sending), under contract and within the European Union.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@backbison.com. If you do not agree with our reply, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
