Do I have to change my ERP?
No. We work on top of your Business Central as it is. It stays your system of record and your team uses it as it does today.
Does it work with Business Central online and on-premises?
Yes. We connect through the official Business Central API where it is available. If it runs on your server, a small device in your office makes the connection, outbound only. If a piece is missing, for example a field of your own, we build it.
Does the AI create orders or register invoices on its own?
No. The AI reads and proposes. Orders go into Business Central waiting for approval and anything that does not match goes to a person, with the reason.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. We start with one case, for example orders from e-mail, and first in test mode.
Who maintains it when something changes?
