Orders that arrive by e-mail, as PDF, Excel or plain text, are read and go into Odoo as sales orders waiting for approval.
Supplier invoices, registered
Each invoice is read and matched with its purchase order and its delivery note. If everything matches, it is registered in Odoo. If not, it goes to review with the reason.
Bank reconciliation
Bank movements are matched every day with the invoices and payments in Odoo. Your team only looks at what does not match.

Do I have to change my ERP?
No. We work on top of your Odoo as it is. It stays your system of record and your team uses it as it does today.
Does it work with Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Yes. We connect through the official Odoo API when your version and your plan offer it. If Odoo runs on your server, a small device in your office makes the connection, outbound only. If a piece is missing, for example a module of your own, we build it.
Does the AI create orders or register invoices on its own?
No. The AI reads and proposes. Orders go into Odoo waiting for approval and anything that does not match goes to a person, with the reason.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. We start with one case, for example orders from e-mail, and first in test mode.
Who maintains it when something changes?
We do. If your Odoo, your e-mail or your process changes, we adapt it.
