Supplier invoices from e-mail to your accountant, on their own

«Every day someone downloads the PDFs from e-mail and uploads them one by one to our accountant's portal.»

  • E-mail
  • Web portals
  • Documents and PDF

For: any sector

How it works

Goes in

The PDF invoices that suppliers send to the company mailbox.

BackBison.com does it

  1. 1Looks every morning for new e-mails with an invoice attached.
  2. 2Checks that it is addressed to your company, with your tax ID, and that it is not a duplicate.
  3. 3Uploads it to your accountant's portal, under the right company and financial year.
  4. 4Checks the portal again to confirm that the invoice is there.

You get

Invoices reach your accountant on their own

The invoices with your accountant every morning and, apart, only what needs a person.

AI: not needed. These are fixed rules, and that makes it more reliable.

You decide: Reviews the invoices that do not match. Nothing unclear is uploaded on its own.

A good first case

It is daily work, with clear rules: the invoice is in the portal or it is not. You can start in test mode: BackBison.com reads and decides, but uploads nothing. You compare with what your team did and switch to live when you trust it.

What you see

A table with each invoice and what happened to it. What could not be finished goes to Exceptions, with the reason. And every day, a short e-mail with the summary.

Frequently asked questions

Does my accountant need to change anything?

No. BackBison.com works with the portal your accountant already uses, as a person on your team would.

What happens with an invoice from a new supplier?

If its format is not recognised, it goes to review. You decide once and from then on it is recognised.

Does BackBison.com store my invoices?

It does not store the PDF. It stores the invoice data, a fingerprint of the file and the proof of the upload.

Example case: it describes a type of work, not a specific company.
